Public Comment: Public participation (no action will be taken on any item until it is properly agendized). Citizens wishing to speak during public participation are asked to state their name for the record and limit comments to a minimal duration and/or for no longer than two (2) minutes.

5. 6:10pm - Treasurer's Report
6. 6:15pm- Clerk's Report
7. 6:25pm- District Manager's Report, to include Dust, Snow, Facilities, Equipment, etc.; this is a report only and not for action.
8. 6:35pm- Chief's Report, to include all Fire & EMS operations; this is a report only and not for action.
9. 6:45pm - Personnel Report: action may include approving and/ratifying personnel actions.
10. 6:50pm - Apparatus Report: review District apparatus status report, status of vehicle trackers, and recommendation on how best to utilize, repurpose, or dispose of equipment. Action may include approving repair, retrofit, or disposition of vehicles.
11. 6:55pm - Firefighting/EMS updates: Overview of Fire/EMS for 2024. Action may include approving equipment, staffing, supplies, etc.
12. 7:05pm - Wildland: Review needs for 2024 including any equipment or supplies. Action may include approving equipment and/or hiring.
13. 7:15pm - Snow Removal: Broad overview/review of snow removal including: structure and potential changes; additional snow removal related purchases and changes; contract changes, if any; fb poll results; signage needs; equipment (Skid steer?) needs; trash area plowing; insurance requirements; overview of why we provide snow removal, etc. Action may include approving adjustments to snow removal, purchasing equipment, approving RFP language, contract terms, etc.
14. 7:45pm - Communications: Review recommended / planned communications activities for 2024. Action may include approving dates, activities and budgeted items for annual communications.
15. 8:00pm - Other Business
16. 8:15pm - Closed Session, if needed -- to discuss personnel or pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
