Town of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday Feb 14, 2024 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, Feb 14, 2024 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer Pledge: Public comments, Resident(s) attending this meeting will be allotted 3(three) minutes to express a concern or ask a question about any issue that is NOT ON THE AGENDA. No action can or will be taken on any issue(s) presented. 1- Action Item-Review and approve minutes of Jan 10, 2024 Council meeting. 2.-Action Item-Review & approval of Jan 10, 2024-Feb 14,2024 Bills/Payroll 3- Action Item-Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Information Item-Traffic issues, do issues, meeting with Bryan Carver from BRAG, meeting with Congressman Blake Moore. Review of Departments: Water- Tyson Nelson 7-Discuss and vote-Water Update. Roads- Samantha Britt 8- Discuss and vote- Road Updates Planning and Zoning-Terra Bell 9-Discuess- Planning Commission meeting update Parks- Mariah Huggins 10-Discuss-General Park update & Town Hall roof update 11-Discussion and vote-Town Easter egg hunt Fire Department-Sheriff's Office- Adjournment
