- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE TOWN COUNCIL Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at 6:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VIRGIN MUNICIPAL CODE (VMC) §3.06.030 TO INCLUDE THE APPOINTED TOWN TREASURER AS A PAID POSITION AND SETTING FORTH THE TREASURER COMPENSATION.
