NOTICE AND AGENDA
Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 1:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.)
1. Welcome and Call to Order: Committee Chairperson
2. Roll Call
3. Approve 2023-12-6 Meeting Minutes
4. Business
a. Nomination of 5th Committee Member
1. It is proposed that we nominate Rick Werry as our remaining committee member.
2. The City Council will consider his appointment at their next meeting.
5. Other Business
a. Discuss recent meetings that various committee members have attended:
1. Sevier County Commissioners (Jan 8th)
2. Department of Wildlife Resources (Jan 19th)
3. Sevier County Economic Development Council (Jan 25th)
4. Annabella Town Council (Feb 8th)
b. Follow up on Trails Proposal submitted to BLM for NEPA study
c. Discuss help needed for upcoming grant applications
1. Compile list of grants, application deadlines, and committee member(s) assignments.
d. Discuss handling of anticipated funds received from future grants and donations
