Description/Agenda: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOOELE COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 28TH, 2024 FROM 6:00 P.M. TO 7:00 P.M AT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT IN ROOM 280, 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH. THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING IS TO RECEIVE PUBLIC COMMENT ON CHANGES TO THE FOLLOWING REGULATION: TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT REGULATION #4: FOOD SANITATION ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. COPIES OF THE DRAFT FOR THIS REGULATION ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXAMINATION AND PUBLIC REVIEW AT THE TOOELE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT, 151 NORTH MAIN STREET, TOOELE, UTAH. WRITTEN COMMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED DURING THE PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD OF FEBRUARY 16TH THROUGH MARCH 18TH UNITL 5:00 P.M.
