PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Cedar Crest Village Overlay Rezone
Summit County, UT
Public notice is hereby given that Eastern Summit County Planning Commission, in accordance with the Eastern Summit County Development Code, will continue the public hearing to discuss the Cedar Crest Village Overlay Application, for approximately 1,085 acres in the East Hoytsville area.
During the January 18, 2024 meeting, the item was continued to February 15, 2024. However, the February 15th meeting has been cancelled and the item will be continued to a Special Meeting on February 29, 2024.
No final Action will be taken at this time, and the discussion and public hearing may be continued to future meetings. The Public Hearing will be held:
