Description/Agenda: Please take notice that the Garfield County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider the following: SUBJECT: Underground Wastewater Disposal Ordinance Amendments DATE: Wednesday, February 21, 2024 TIME: 2:00 PM LOCATION: Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759 The proposed Underground Wastewater Disposal Ordinance Amendment include modifications to the map boundaries in certain areas. The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled Planning Commission Meeting on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the 2nd Floor Conference Room, Garfield County Courthouse, 55 South Main, Panguitch, UT 84759.
