Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING for the Windsor Mill Townhomes Site Plan and Deviation request.
Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 11450 S 820 W. The purpose of the request is to review a site plan for 30 townhomes and a deviation to building material standards.
The hearing will be held on February 22, 2024, at 6:30 pm at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the Council Chambers.
