Description/Agenda: Call to order: Planning Commission Chair David Tibbs Regular Meeting 1. Review and discussion, projects list for 2024. 2. Materials review of 2018 fence ordinance proposal. 3. Kent Barton - Temple View Estates Development Agreement. 4. Consideration of approval for minutes of the meeting of January 14, 2023.
