- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider the review for reinstatement of the Design Review Permit for the Bartholomew/Cooper Subdivision consisting of 2 lots total, located at approximately 590 South 200 East. Tax Id. #10-041-0037.
