HILLSIDE REVIEW BOARD MEETING Thursday, February 15, 2024 Time: 4:00 PM NOTICE is hereby given that Santa Clara City will hold a Hillside Review Board meeting on Thursday, February 15, 2024, in the Santa Clara Town Hall conference room located at 2603 Santa Clara Drive. The meeting will begin at 4:00 PM. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Working Agenda A. General Business 1. Hillside Review Board evaluation of The Sycamore Subdivision staged spoils. Jared Bates, Rosenberg Engineering, representing. 2. Hillside Review Board evaluation for property located at 1830 Red Mountain Drive which is in the hillside map overlay. Richardson Brothers, representing. 3. Discussion Items 4. Approval of Minutes A. Request Approval of November 22, 2022 Meeting minutes 5.
