Description/Agenda: PUBLIC HEARING The Juab County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 8, 2024 at 7:00 PM in the Juab County Commission room, 160 N Main, Nephi. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on a zone change request from Shawn Brunson. The request is to change the current zoning of A1-50 to Highway Commercial (HC) on a portion of property he owns located in Sections 27 Township 10 S, Range 1 E, S.L.B.&M. The application and a map of the specific parcels being considered are available for review in the Juab County Planning office, 160 N Main #117, Nephi.
