- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on January 23, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-04: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-1-106 OF THE WEST VALLEY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE TO AMEND CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING THE ELECTION OF A MAYOR PRO TEMPORE.'
