Special Meeting
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARDS OF TRUSTEES OF OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770
AT 11:00 am.
A. Call to Order
B. Preliminary Action Items
1. Approve the minutes of Board meetings held on January 22, 2024.
2. Approve payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting.
C. Public Hearing
1. Hold a Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the Issuance of Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024A-1 (the '2024A-1 LT Senior Bonds'), Special Revenue Bonds, Series 2024A-2 (the '2024A-2 Special Revenue Bonds') and Subordinate Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds, Series 2024B (the '2024B LT Subordinate Bonds,' together with the 2024A-1 LT Senior Bonds, the 'LT Bonds' and, collectively, with the 2024A-2 Special Revenue Bonds, the 'Bonds'); and (b) any potential economic impact that the Project to be financed with the proceeds of the LT Bonds may have on the private sector. D. Action Items
1. Consider approval (or ratification) of the engagement agreement between Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work for accounting services between the District and CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) and authorization for the Chair's signature (or ratifying the Chair's signature).
2. Consider approval of a tentative District board meeting calendar for the remaining calendar year 2024.
E. Administrative Non-Action Items
1. Follow-up on any outstanding administrative items: conflict disclosures and oaths of office.
