- NOTICE OF BUDGET HEARINGS THE GRAND WATER & SEWER SERVICE AGENCY, THE SPANISH VALLEY WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT, THE GRAND COUNTY WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT and THE GRAND COUNTY SPECIAL SERVICE WATER DISTRICT HEREBY GIVE NOTICE the Boards of Trustees will hold their 2021 budget hearings on December 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Agency office, 3025 E. Spanish Trail Rd., Moab, UT, 84532. At that meeting they will also amend the 2020 budgets. Copies of the tentative budgets are available at the Agency office and online at www.grandwater.org. The public is invited to attend and be heard. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the Agency office at the address above or call 259-8121 at least four (4) working days before the meeting. /s/Ben Musselman Agency Manager
