Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nephi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located at 21 E 100 N Nephi. The purpose of the meeting is to accept public comment on a zone change request by Marty Barber for property located at approximately 811 W 2300 S (Sheep Lane) Parcel #: XA00-2588-22 of approximately 2.11 acres from ID3 (Industrial 3) to HC1 (Highway Commercial 1) for the purpose of a automotive service center business. A map of the area is available for review during regular office hours at City Hall.
