Swiss Mountain Estates Low Pressure Sewer System (Oscar Bluth, Johnathan Ward, Mike Johnston) - Review and Further Discuss a Proposal Regarding Installation of a Low-Pressure Sewer System to Discuss/Initiate a Special Assessment on Swiss Mountain Estate Residents Wanting to Connect, Out of Pocket/Estimates & Impact Fees
4. Homestead Master Plan Amendment (Paul Berg) - Discuss and Possibly Approve the Master Plan Amendment for the Homestead Resort, located at 700 North Homestead Drive
