5. Voting on approval of 2024 Senior Council Meeting Schedule
6. Time for Michelle Graves to present a program to the Seniors.
7. February activities
a. Senior Council Mtg Feb 6 at 9:30 AM
b. Senior Council Lunch at Blossom Restaurant in Saratoga Springs 11 AM
c. Lunches served Feb 7/14,15,21,22.28, and 29th.
d. Painting, Puzzles and quilts on every Wednesday and Thursday, No instructor for painting on Thursdays
e. Exercise class Thursday the 8,15,22, and 29th at 11:15 to 11:45
f. Lunch bunch Feb 1 at Chubby in Saratoga Springs
g. Bingo 12 at 5 Refreshments Furnished
h. Special Activity Feb 26 Bird House Making Maybe one more thing. Events Department is planning.
i. Exercise Class Every Thursday from 11:00 to 11:30 am no class first Thursday (May be a time Change)
8. March Activities
a. Senior Council Meeting 10 AM
b. Lunches served March 6,13,14,20,21,27,28 at 12 Noon.
c. March 7 Lunch bunch 11:30 AM at Blossom restaurant in Saratoga Springs at 2082 n Hillcrest Rd
d. Bingo March 18 refreshment provided.
e. Craft Day March 20th 10 AM Wednesday
f. Exercise Class Every Thursday from 11 to 11:30 AM
g. Oil painting, Quilts and Puzzles are available every Wednesday and Thursday, Thursday there will not be an instructor.
h. March 25th and activity to be planned.
9. Report on Assignments
a. Horseshoe pit is complete, we would like to plan a ribbon cutting ceremony and BBQ on the 29th of hopefully we can get Tyson to come cook for us, We will invite city workers who worked so hard to make this pit nice.
b. Garden Boxes have been added, Jack Roberts will be in charge with help from other seniors.
i. Jack will need to talk to everyone to see what we should plant.
c. Was parking lot problem addressed with Direct Communications?
d. Possible activities for the coming months
i. Rodeo in June
ii. We need to have the gentleman that talked about the History of Cedar Valley back for Part 2.
iii. Shon Reed and the Birds
iv. Matt Heffelfinger to talk on scams or maybe dinosaurs.
v. Trip to tour Tyson plant
vi. Pony Express days June booth for 2 days
vii. Possible simple quilt piecing class Thursday Morning from 10 to 11

Next council Meeting will be March 5, 2024, at 10:00 AM
