Request to Review all RFP Responses
Jean received all electronic submissions from our three Bidders by due date & time. The Original RFP was
submitted on 12/20/23 11:30 a.m. and the Addendum was submitted on 1/31/24 11:30 a.m.
Our three bids were received from:
Ensign Engineering
Jones and DeMille Engineering
Sunrise Engineering
Jean provided the electronic submissions to all board members for review , both the Original RFP for
the Altitude Valve and Looping Project and the Addendum for the Radium Filtration Project. The email was
sent on 1/31/24 between 12:18 p.m.-1:08 p.m to all board members
The Board was given time to thoroughly review each response with the use of a scorecard to rate each
submission. (see attached)

In Summary: The Board was asked to review all Three Projects to be completed from all Three Engineering
firms keying in on the following;
The Construction and Engineering Pricing
Financial Assistance and Upfront Payment Expectations
Overall Presentation Layout & Clarity
Support Staff defined
References of similar projects completed in surrounding towns
Personal References provided
Karen made a motion to request a vote on the most desirable Engineering firm to perform these three
projects for Angell Springs at 11:10 a.m.
Jean seconded it.

Karen announced the winner as Jones & Demille on 2/3//24 at 8:34 a.m.
Jones & Demille is the Awarded firm and will be notified. Sunrise and Ensign will be notified of the outcome.
