CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON FEBRUARY 6, 2024 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Fee Schedule Amendments - Niche Spaces and Veterans Memorial Niche Wall Fees - CFS 6 (Cemetery Fees) Consider amendments to City Fee Schedule regarding Niche Spaces and the Veterans Memorial Niche Wall Fees - Resolution No. 2024-05 4. Waterline Easements - Stokes Stevenson Centerville Flex Project - MDV Trinity 4, LLC Consider Waterline Easements from MDV Trinity 4, LLC, in conjunction with off-site improvements associated with the Stokes Stevenson Centerville Flex Project. 5. CDBG Grant Application for ADA Pedestrian Ramps Consider Resolution No. 2024-06 supporting the ADA pedestrian ramp project and submitting an application to Davis County for 2024 CDBG Program funds 6. Glass Recycling Discussion Discuss possible glass recycling options and alternatives 7. Council Liaison Discussion Discuss the roles and responsibilities of the Council Liaison on the boards, committees, and commissions F. MINUTES Minutes of prior meetings may be reviewed and accepted.
