PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Public Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold public hearings at the St. George City offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, commencing at 5:00 pm to consider the following: A request for a PD (Planned Development) amendment to the River Crossing Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is proposing to modify the Master Signage Plan. This property is located east of River Road and south of George Washington Blvd. The applicant is River Crossing/YESCO, and the representative is Ryan Cain. The project will be known as River Crossing Sign Amendment. Case No. 2024-PDA-003. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
