A public hearing will be held for the following item:
1. WITHDRAWN Appeal of a Zoning Violation at approximately 1038 E 800 South - Avid Amiri, the property owner, is appealing a Notice and Order issued by Civil Enforcement for the above-listed property. The Notice and Order alleges that the property is in violation of the Zoning Ordinance for operating a short-term rental business in a residential district. The subject property is zoned R-2 (Single and Two Family Residential), and is located within Council District 5, represented by Darin Mano. The subject properties are located in the D-1 Central Business District and within Council District 4, represented by Eva L pez Ch vez.
