- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM Old Church, 114 S. Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. Zone Change re-zoning V-48-D, V- 53, V-74, V-75 rural residential to commercial zone and V-49-A, V-73, V-72-B residential to commercial zone. B. Rescinding Ordinance 2023-12 That had amended Virgin Towns official zoning map by re-zoning V-2-1-21-2342 from rural residential to commercial zone.
