Bids are hereby being solicited and will be received at the West Valley City Recorder's Office, West Valley City Hall, 3600 S. Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah 84119. Constitution Blvd., West Valley City, Utah, 84119, beginning on February 7, 2024.
