MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2024 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Oath of Office for Appointments. 3. Discussion/action on minutes. 4. Annual Training: a. Open and Public Meetings Act. b. Workplace Conduct. 5. Public Hearing on Zoning Map Amendment from A-1 to ITZ at 360 South 1200 West by Shawn Hartley with Onions 52. 6. Discussion/action on public hearing. 7. Discussion/action on Development Agreement for SPB Ventures at 2700 West 12th Street. 8. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via email to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about October 12, 2023. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Marriott Park; and 3) Slaterville Park. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
