NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that the City of North Salt Lake Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the City Council Chambers located at 10 East Center Street. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the following:
1. Consideration of a plat amendment to combine lot 1817 of the Eaglepointe Estates Phase 18 Subdivision with parcel number 01-120-0084 and to vacate the public utility easements on the south side and rear lot line. Property(s) located at 935 South Silvertree Lane.
