1. Consideration and possible approval of an assignment of the Hurricane Airport Land Lease for hangar pad 7S 3W. Dave Houston/William Johnston
2. Consideration and possible approval of Resolution 2024-11 to request the Washington County Water Conservancy District and State Trust Lands Administration to dedicate property for the widening of Sand Hollow Road to its master-planned width.
3. Consideration and possible approval on a preliminary plat for Sandwater Estates, a 153 lot single family subdivision located at 4200 W 2300 S. Richardson Brothers Custom Homes, Applicant. Karl Rasmussen, Agent.

1. Consideration and possible approval of the local consent for a beer garden at the Washington County Fair
2. Consideration and possible approval of supporting the Hurricane Valley Symphony
