The Mayor and City Council of Helper City,
A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting
on the 1st day of February 2024.
At the Council Chambers
19 South Main, Helper, Utah.
The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm.
1- Call to order.
2- Pledge of Allegiance.
3- Roll call.
4- Public Comment.
5- Approval of the minutes from January 4, 2024.
6- Discussion and possible approval of submitting application to the Land and Water. Conservation Fund for $104,000.00 to replaster the pool and for park improvements.
7- Discussion and possible approval of a Master Recreational Plan.
8- Discussion and possible approval of pay increases and the adoption of an appropriate pay scale for the Police Department.
9- Discussion and possible approval for $10,000.00 for demand metering.
Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads.
Possible closed session.
