Notice is hereby given that the Spanish Fork City Council adopted Resolution 2023-26 Intent to Annexation property known as the Boyack-Evans Brockbank Annexation Addition on December 12, 2023. The annexation covers 2.4 acres located at approximately 1600 East Highway 6, Spanish Fork. A complete map and legal description of the proposed area for annexation are available for inspection and copying at the Spanish Fork City Office, located at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Spanish Fork City intends to annex the proposed area unless, at or before the hearing, written protest to the annexation is filed by the owners of private real property within the proposed annexation covering a majority of the total private land area and equal in value to at least one half (1/2) the value of all private real property proposed for annexation with the City Recorder at Spanish Fork City at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660.
