- Notice of Ordinance Adoption Notice is hereby given that on November 14, 2023, the American Fork City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2023-11-43 which approved the vacation of a portion of the right of way on 1100 South from 450 West to 290 West. The vacation of the right of way was in approved subject to the recording of Stonecreek Plat K subdivision. The ordinance was recorded at the county recorder along with the Stonecreek Plat K subdivision on January 30, 2024. The ordinance is available for public inspection during normal business hours (Monday through Thursday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Dated this 30th day of January, 2024 /s/Terilyn Lurker City Recorder
