The Oakley City Planning Commission
will hold a public hearing on:
Thursday, February 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.
Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment
regarding Ruby Lane Subdivision at approximately 280 W.
North Bench Road (parcels OTNB2-208-B and OTNB2-
245-A.) Proposed subdivision includes 4 lots on 19.86
acres. Applicant is Nicholas and Debra Tarrant. See
attached conceptual design plat (subject to change.)
PLEASE NOTE:
Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your
comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 5:00 p.m.
May 2, 2023. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning
Commission.
