- NOTICE OF DISPOSAL OF MINING RIGHTS Cedar City Corporation is seeking to acquire existing gravel pits to expand flood control and aquifer recharge operations and to sell mining rights to City property located between approximately 1900 North and 2200 North and Bulldog Road. This is the site of the City's old wastewater treatment plant. Based on the proposals Cedar City receives, the City may award the mining rights to an interested party. Cedar City reserves the right to negotiate terms with interested parties and/or reject any and all proposals. If you are interested in a complete packet containing proposal guidelines, please contact Paul Bittmenn. The guidelines will provide more details as to what Cedar City is looking for.
