Description/Agenda: LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On February 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and consideration of Amy Sylvester's request for approval of the Sylvester Horse Conditional Use Permit located at 196 West 2875 North in an R-1-15 zone. Public hearing and consideration of Brent Ventura's request for approval of the updated Skyridge Subdivision Concept Plan, a 5-lot residential development located at approximately 260 East 2750 North. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for review of a Development Code amendment to Table 05-030-B Nonresidential Zones, removing the Trades Shop use to be consistent with Chapter 39, Definitions.
