Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that La Verkin City will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at the City building located at 111 South Main, La Verkin, Utah which will begin at 6:00 PM. La Verkin City proposes to apply for loan and grant funding from the Utah Permanent Community Impact Fund Board (CIB) for a planning project to prepare a Secondary Water Preliminary Engineering Report, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis. Items to be discussed include funding options, project scope, implementation schedule and its effects on residents. The public is invited to attend and provide comments on the proposed application.
