- Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City of Saratoga Springs City Council will conduct a public hearing to receive comments on Budget Amendments for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 6, at 6:00 p.m. in the City of Saratoga Springs Council Chambers located at 1307 N. Commerce Drive Suite 200, Saratoga Springs, Utah. Copies of the proposed Budget amendments will be available for public inspection when posted in conjunction with meeting materials and a meeting agenda on the Utah Public Notice Website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/ and The City Website www.saratogasprings-ut.gov. Public Comments may be submitted to comments@saratogaspringscity.com.
