The Cedar City Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 5:15 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah.
Board Members: John Ashby; Chris Bearnson; Chad Carter; Brittany Fisher; Mark Mumford; Dorian Page; John Webster; City Attorney Randall McUne; Official Drew Jackson; Executive Assistant Natasha Nava.
1. Call to Order.
2. Appoint Chair.
3. Approval of Minutes.
4. Approval of Findings of Fact.
5. Request for Home Occupation Esthetics Business at property located at 4277 West 300 North/ DGT Studio/ Drew Thornock.
6. Request for review of a previously approved Home Occupation Daycare Business at property located at 226 North Highland Drive/ Adventure Awaits Daycare/ Jason & Katie Dodds.
7. Request for Variance of the landscaping requirement in the right-of-way for property located at 1478 S Old Highway 91/ Red Fort Indian Cuisine/ Platt and Platt/ Dave Clarke.
8. Request for Variance of the fencing requirement, setbacks, and PUE. And request for the board to consider if grandfathering applies to the property located at 168 E College Avenue/ Little Bears Property LLC/ Platt & Platt/ Dave Clarke.
9. Request to amend a previously approved Variance for fence posts spaced at 8-feet, request for variance to approve the installed fencing with posts spaced at 10-feet for property located at 280 East Cedar Ridge Circle/ Platt & Platt.
