- From: Washington City Redevelopment Agency Re: Notice of Adoption of the Project Area Plan for the Washington City Industrial Community Reinvestment Project Area ______________________________________________________________________________________ On March 22, 2023, the Washington City Council adopted the official project area plan for the Washington City Industrial Community Reinvestment Project Area by adoption of Washington City Ordinance No. 2023-11, a copy of which is included with this notice. The Ordinance formally adopts the Plan for the Project Area and authorizes related actions by City staff and legal counsel. The Ordinance also includes a map and a legal description of the land within the Project Area. The Ordinance and the adopted Project Area Plan are available for inspection during regular business hours at the Washington City offices at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah. No action is required of you in connection with this notice.
