Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Cedar City Planning Commission on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, starting at 5:15 p.m. in the Cedar City Council Chambers located at 10 N. Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. Time will be allowed for public comment on the following items: 1. Consider a Zone Change from R-1 to Dwelling, Two Unit (R-2-2) and R-1 to Dwelling, Multiple Unit (R-3-M) located in the vicinity of 2681 N. 100 E. 2. Consider a Zone Change from Central Commercial (CC) to Dwelling, Multiple Unit (R-3-M) located in the vicinity of 168 E. College Ave. 3. Consider a General Plan Amendment from Rural Estate Residential to Medium Density Residential located in the vicinity of 175 W. 3000 N. 4. Consider a Zone Change from Residential Estate (RE) to Dwelling, Two Unit (R-2-2) located in the vicinity of 175 W. 3000 N. 5. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment in Section 26-IX-4 (E)(2) regarding fence heights for home occupations. 6. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment pertaining to fencing requirements in Section 32-8 (B)(3), Section 32-8 (D)(6), Section 26-IV-4 (G), and Section 26-IX-4 (E)(2). 7. Consider a Transportation Master Plan Amendment located in the vicinity of 1700 S. Old Highway 91. 8. Consider an Ordinance Text Amendment in Section 26-VIII-5 regarding notification requirements for master planned public infrastructure. 9. Consider a Vicinity Plan for Iron Hawk PUD located at approximately 4375 W. Center Street. All in Cedar City, Utah Posted January 26th, 2024
