- To be posted on January 25, 2024, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice OF PUBLIC HEARING: Chick-fil-A Zoning Map Amendment Request. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on the above-listed request for property located at approximately 13673 S. 100 E. The purpose of the request is to rezone the property from the CO2 (Professional Office) and CR (Regional Commercial) zones to place the entire property in the CR zone. The hearing will be on February 8, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers.
