- To be posted on January 25, 2024, on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Draper City Website, and at Draper City Hall. Notice of Public Hearing: Federal Heights Holdings LLC Land Use and Zoning Map Changes. Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission to receive public comment on a request by Chris Silvestro to amend the land use designation from Community Commercial to Neighborhood Commercial and rezone the property from RA1 (Residential Agricultural, 40,000 square foot minimum) to CN (Neighborhood Commercial) for the property located at approximately 11743 S. 700 East. The property is known as the Federal Heights Holdings LLC Land Use and Zoning Map Changes. The hearing will be on February 8, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. at Draper City Hall, 1020 E. Pioneer Rd., in the City Council Chambers.
