NOTICE OF OGDEN PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden, Utah to consider the following:
1. Petition to rezone property at 1450 Gibson Ave. and 1483 Wall Ave. from M-1 (Limited Industrial) to C-3 (Regional Commercial).
2. An amendment to the Lynn Community Plan to encourage recognition and preservation of the area's history as development occurs.
The proposals may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or on the city's website www.ogdencity.com/Planning. Anyone wishing to comment on the proposals may speak at the hearing. This meeting will also be held electronically.
