NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTH OGDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive and consider comments on a proposed ordinance that would require detached Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) to be set back five feet from the rear and side property lines on lots where they are allowed. The public hearing will be held at 6:15 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits, during the South Ogden City Planning Commission meeting on Thursday, February 8, 2024. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers and is open to the public. Anyone interested may attend and offer comment. Written comments may be submitted at the meeting or previous to the meeting via email to lkapetanov@southogdencity.gov. Emailed comments will only be accepted until 5 pm, Thursday, February 8. The public hearing will also be streamed live at https://www.youtube.com/@southogdencity. Comments for the public hearing can be submitted through the comment feature on YouTube during the appropriate time during the meeting.
