Appoint Planning Commission Vice Chair for 2024 6. Discussion & Possible Action- 2024 Meeting Schedule 7. Discussion & Possible Action- Condition Use Permit- House Addition- 8. Discussion & Possible Action- Amendments to Subdivision Ordinance- Subdivision & Internal Accessory Dwelling Units 9. Future considerations- 10. Assignments for next meeting 11. Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings. All issues and items voted on during the meeting must be on the agenda.
