SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, February 6, 2024, a public hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Salt Lake City Council to consider adopting an ordinance that would amend the zoning of properties located at approximately 357 and 375 East 500 South, 464-466 South 400 East, and 460-462 South 400 East from RMU-45 (Residential/Mixed Use) to TSA-UC-C (Transit Station Area Urban Center Core) zoning district. This proposal would allow for ground-floor retail with residential units above the first floor, though the applicant has not included development plans with this request. Consideration may be given to rezoning the property to another zoning district with similar characteristics. The project is within Council District 4.
