NOTICE OF AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council of the City of Wellington will hold a regular City Council Meeting on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 at the Wellington City Hall, located at 150 West Main Street, Wellington, Utah. Said meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM and the agenda shall be as follows: 1. Public Comment Period. 2. Pledge of Allegiance, Roll call and approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Jayden Powell - Eagle Scout Project - Paint Railroad Crossing Warning on City Streets. 4. Paul Childs - Purchase Proposal for Real Property Located in the Industrial Area. Review and possible approval to proceed with purchase agreement. 5. Thomas Michael Fox/Gary & Jody Norton - Business License Application for Mike's Firewood to be located at 290 East Main. Review and Possible Approval of Business License. 6. Chris Davis. Wants to appealthe additional charges on his bill for city expense to fix water leak on service line. 7.
