Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January 23, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.)

a. Consider approving the audited financial statement for June 30, 2023, as presented by Kimbal and Roberts.
b. Annual White's Sanitation report presented by Chet White.
c. Todd Mullen to present the annual Golf Course report and discuss an increase in fees.
d. Consider setting a BOD limit for wastewater discharge into the sewer lagoons and the potential of a surcharge.
e. Consider adopting Resolution 2024-1 supporting an application to the Land Water Conservation Fund for a 2.5 million dollar grant for the swimming pool.
f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-1 accepting the amendments to the Transportation Master Plan.
g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-2 amending the Future Zoning Map of the General Plan designating the 1300 S 500 W medium-density residential property to allow an RM-11 zone there.
h. Consider a request from the Rotary Club for a donation to help with a scholarship to Snow Richfield for students graduating from our area.
