RESOLUTION NO. CCG24-01 DUCHESNE COUNTY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS MEETING SCHEDULE 2024 Calendar Year Ending December 31, 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF THE 2024 MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE BOARD OF DUCHESNE COUNTY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the 2024 meeting schedule for the County Council of Governments of Duchesne County, Utah, will be every fourth Monday every other month (except legal holidays) beginning at 3:00 p.m. An annual meeting will be held by the Council of Governments on the second Monday of January each year, if not a legal holiday, and if a legal holiday, then on the next secular day following, unless properly noticed otherwise, for the purpose of establishing a meeting schedule. Meetings will be held in a location designated by the council within Duchesne County, Utah. I, Irene Hansen, Duchesne County Council of Governments' Secretary, do hereby certify that from February 1, 2024, through February 15, 2024, pursuant to U.C.A., 52-4-202(1), this notice was posted. Notice was also given to Radio Station K.N.E.U. and the newspaper Uintah Basin Standard. NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved as follows: WE, THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS of Duchesne County, State of Utah, as a governing body of this county, do enact this resolution to set the meeting schedule of the Council of Governments meetings for the year 2024. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22nd DAY OF JANUARY, 2024 by the following vote of the County Council of Governments:
