- Public Notice General Plan Comprehensive Amendment The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on February 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So. Spring Hollow Rd. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments and to possibly approve comprehensive amendments to the General Plan. The public is welcome to attend in person and make comment. Comments may also be submitted in writing to Suzanne Gillett, Francis City Recorder prior to 3:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing or by email to comments@francisutah.org. Published in The Wasatch Wave, Public Notice Website and Francisutah.org Conservation Subdivision Code Text Amendment The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on February 8, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. at the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 So.
