HILLSIDE REVIEW BOARD

Notice is hereby given that the Hillside Review Board of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold meetings at the referenced site on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, commencing on-site at approximately 9:00 a.m.
The estimated site times are in bold. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Consider a request for a hillside development permit in the hillside overlay zone and in areas exceeding 20% slope for single- and two-family homes located at approximately 1923 South River Road (see map below). The property is approximately 9.49 acres. Meeting time is approximately 9:00 am, River Road across from Fort Pierce Drive.
2. Consider a request for a hillside development permit in the hillside overlay zone and in areas exceeding 20% slope for an office, ropes course and restaurant pad at approximately 2000 South Riverside Drive (see map below). The property is just under 5 acres. Meeting time is approximately 9:45 am, on the south-east side of Riverside Drive across from the Foremaster & Riverside Drives intersection.
3. Consider a request for a hillside development permit in the hillside overlay zone and in areas exceeding 20% slope for a City Trail at approximately 1450 East 900 South. The property is 12.61 acres. Meeting time is approximately 10:15 am, on the corner of 900 South and 1450 East.
4. Approval of the meeting minutes from November 1, 2023, and the December 6, 2023, meeting.
