- A public hearing will be held on the following matters: A petition to approve the extension of a final subdivision plat amendment to subdivide eight existing parcels into a 61-lot subdivision plat located at 547-617 East 3900 South. The applicant is CW Urban. An application for Final Subdivision Plat, in order to construct and operate an Indoor Climate Controlled Storage Facility, located at 2385 South 300 West. The applicant is A8-South Salt Lake, LLC. An application for Final Subdivision Plat to consolidate three parcels into one-lot, located at 3535 South State Street. The applicant is Katmark Partners, LLC / Mark Miller Subaru. A public meeting will be held on the following matters: An application for a Conditional Use Permit, in order to construct and operate an Indoor Climate Controlled Storage Facility, located at 2385 South 300 West. The applicant is A8-South Salt Lake, LLC. An application for a Conditional Use Permit for the Auto Dealership, Mark Miller Subaru, located at 3535 South State Street. The applicant is Katmark Partners, LLC / Mark Miller Subaru.
